More COVID-19 Resources
The Heritage Emergency National Task Force has launched its COVID-19 Resource Hub (https://culturalrescue.si.edu/hentf/major-disasters/current-disasters/). This web portal leads to an array of resources that can help you respond to and recover from the pandemic.
The webinar Deriving Value from Collections in the Time of Corona (COVID-19) is now available on-demand via YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vhK2ww1_ZR8&feature=youtu.be), and resides on the Committee of Public Awareness' Resources & Toolkits page (www2.archivists.org/advocacy/publicawareness/ ...).
SCAA Board News
The SCAA Board met via email last Friday April 10 to consider a request from the Ad-Hoc Working Group on Archivist Salary Transparency to sign SCAA on to a collaborative open letter to SAA Council on archivist salary transparency. The Board agreed to do so.
The letter can be found at https://bit.ly/3esJc0a.

COVID-19 Resources from SAA
The Society of American Archivists created a page on their website which provides resources for archives amid the COVID-19 pandemic. It includes ideas for archival work from home projects and ideas for documenting the crisis. These resources can be found at https://www2.archivists.org/resources-for-response-to-covid-19-health-crisis.
Spring Workshop Postponed
The SCAA Board met today and, after careful consideration of the uncertainty surrounding future actions to combat Covid-19, decided to postpone the Spring Workshop until the fall.
Whether the workshop is a standalone event, held in concert with the Annual Meeting, or as part of the Annual Meeting will be determined at a later date. I encourage anyone who has an opinion on which option they feel is the best to contact me at jcross@clemson.edu.
We appreciate your consideration and look forward to any comments and suggestions you might have.
