Purpose:

To oversee and grow the association’s endowment fund to support long-term financial stability.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor endowment performance.
  • Recommend investment strategies.
  • Develop fundraising initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies.

Membership:

  • 3–5 members with financial or fundraising experience, including a chair.
  • Term: 3 years.
  • Board liaison: Treasurer

Meetings:

Semi-annual meetings or as needed.

Reporting:

Financial report to the Executive Board quarterly/annually.

Decision-Making:

Consensus or majority vote for major initiatives.

Deliverables:

Annual endowment performance report.
