Purpose:
To aid the directors with planning and organizing the annual conference.
Responsibilities:
Help with conference planning like finding a location for the conference, creating a full conference program, and determining catering. Need to be available to be on hand at the conference.
Membership:
- 3–5 members, including a chair.
- Term: 1 year.
- Board liaison: Director-At-Large
Meetings:
Monthly meetings. Meetings may need to be more frequent a month or so before the conference.
Reporting:
The Director-At-Large will deliver committee reports at the monthly board meeting.
Decision-Making:
Consensus or majority vote for major initiatives.
Deliverables:
An excellent conference
